How do I order anime DVDs?

You must send an email to Bonta-kun at bonta-kun@anime-dream.com with the following information:

  • Name
  • Surname
  • Product Number(s)
  • Address
  • Town
  • City
  • Country
  • Postcode
  • Payment Type
  • E-mail Address

Important Notice

Failure to supply all of the above information will result in your order being discarded and not processed. To avoid any delays please ensure all details are correctly provided.

Do you sell Japanese DVD's with English subtitles?

Yes we do but only on certain products, the only DVD's that are in Japanese are most likely the highly requested ones that have not been released yet in English.

Request an anime DVD?

Just simply email me or bonta-kun at one of the following addresses, ranma-saotome@anime-dream.com & bonta-kun@anime-dream.com.

How long does it take to restock?

Every 2 weeks we check our stock and re-order fresh DVD's but then we need to update the website. So i say just check every 3 weeks. If the product you want is still out of stock, contact me or bonta-kun and we'll sort something out.

Why does the layout change on different pages?

This website was mainly built for Internet Explorer users only. I don't think it's compatible with Mozilla Firefox yet but we'll get round to it sooner or later. For now use IE.

My order has been shipped but it has not arrived yet?

Patience is a virtue, it'll get to you eventually. >_<

I have recieved a damaged item

My apologies but that isn't my problem or fault, it was how the shipment was handled and there's nothing I can (or want to) do about it. Sorry.

How do I cancel my order?

We ship all orders on Friday every week, so you have until thursday to cancel your order. If you order on a Friday it will not get shipped until next week Friday.

How do I know that I have placed an order?

We normally reply 24 hours of which an order has been placed to the email provided to us by you. If you do not recieve a reply within 24 hours then you have either given us the wrong email address or you didn't supply us with all the compulsory information required.

Payment Options?

We accept VISA, MasterCard credit cards as well as Switch, Solo and Delta debit cards, Paypal is also accepted. Sorry, we cannot accept any cheques for payment.

How do I track my order?

We send you an email when you have placed an order, we send another email when payment has been recieved, we send another email when the order is being processed and we send a final email when the product(s) have been shipped.
